1. Employers may submit their vacancy requirements in detail through the company website or via email in the prescribed format.

2. Employers shall provide reasonable time to the company for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable hospitality candidates from the database.

3. After primary screening, the company shall forward shortlisted candidate resumes and profiles to the employer for further evaluation.

4. Employers may conduct interviews at their office premises or through online/offline modes as mutually agreed.

5. Recruitment Assistance Fee: The Employer strictly agrees and is obligated to pay a specified recruitment assistance fee to the Agency (Staffnest Solutions) upon the successful selection and placement of any referred candidate.

6. Fee Deduction & Remittance: As part of the mutually agreed framework, the agreed service charge shall be systematically deducted by the employer from the candidate's first-month salary and remitted directly to Staffnest Solutions within the stipulated billing cycle.

7. An explicit operational agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) detailing the exact commercial fee structure must be executed between the company and the employer prior to scheduling live interviews or finalizing recruitment activities.

8. Employers shall ensure total compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory wage obligations, and workplace safety regulations concerning the employed candidates.

9. The company acts strictly as a recruitment facilitator and shall not be held liable or responsible for any employment disputes, termination issues, or performance variances arising post-hire.

10. Legal Jurisdiction: Any unsettled operational disputes, collection delays, or legal escalations are subject explicitly to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the courts under the Siliguri Jurisdiction only.

1. Scope of Services

• Free Registration: Staffnest Solutions provides comprehensive recruitment and placement assistance to Candidates with free registration upfront.

• No Guarantee: The Agency does not guarantee definite employment, guaranteed interviews, or final placement within any explicit timeframe.

• Matching Rights: The Agency reserves the sole right to filter and determine which job profiles accurately match the Candidate's background skills.

• Training: Fresher candidates may be provided with basic hospitality training completely free of cost to boost interface skills and baseline employability.

2. Candidate Obligations

• Accurate Information: The Candidate must provide true, complete, and updated statements regarding qualifications, experience data, and background history.

• Verification: The Agency or hiring employers may perform deep background checks, reference checks, or educational credential verification at any stage.

• Attendance: The Candidate must attend scheduled interviews punctually and contact the Agency immediately if an emergency cancellation arises.

3. Interview and Selection Process

• Direct Communication: Candidates must not make unprompted direct contact with prospective corporate employers unless explicitly authorized by us.

• Feedback Loop: The Candidate agrees to provide prompt post-interview feedback to the Agency immediately after completion.

• Offers Tracker: The Candidate must inform the Agency immediately upon receiving an official job offer from an employer we referred.

4. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

• Non-Disclosure: Information regarding employers, open placement specs, and internal interview patterns must be held in strict confidence.

• Data Handling: The Agency manages personal information safely according to standard rules and forwards profiles only to targeted employers.

5. Liability & Financial Commitments

• Operational Disclaimers: Staffnest Solutions is not responsible for physical contract breaches, internal salary disputes, or disciplinary actions handling post-hire.

• Service Fee: Placement assistance is completely free initially. However, the candidate agrees that a one-time specified placement service fee will be automatically deducted from their first month's salary by the employer and remitted directly to the Agency.

• Enforcement: In cases of intentional evasion or non-payment of the agreed remittance fee, Staffnest Solutions will pursue formal legal recovery operations under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Siliguri courts only.
